High efficiency single screw extruder

The JHE series new high-efficiency single-screw plastic extruder developed by our company introduces the latest technology from Germany. The screw adopts the optimized composition of separate screw and mixing element, and the barrel adopts the optimized design of grooved barrel and extended feeding section. Through the combined use of a separate screw and a grooved barrel, the following advantages can be obtained: the melting process of the material is optimized, thereby increasing the extrusion output. The extrusion of the material melt at a lower temperature is realized. Through the shear action determined in the isolation gap, the material achieves a good homogenization. The melt-plasticizing process is controlled, that is, only particles smaller than the separation gap can enter the melt channel. For different materials to provide a wide range of processing, suitable for a variety of polyolefin raw materials, especially suitable for HDPE, PP, ABS pipe raw materials.
