LONE HERO-intelligent exoskeleton design for ranger operations

LONE HERO is a set of intelligent exoskeleton equipment, which aims to solve the common problems of high daily work intensity, high risk factor of working environment, strong instability, backward equipment and low work efficiency. It realizes the most basic power and support functions of the exoskeleton, and combines myoelectric power and kinetic energy recovery technology to accurately compensate joint pressure, and increases the carrying system to reduce the weight perception of the ranger's equipment, so as to greatly reduce physical consumption. The lightweight material and multi-sensor system are integrated to realize the functions of terrain perception, vital signs monitoring, environmental hazard warning, etc., and the user's action intention is predicted by the AI algorithm to adapt to the complex terrain such as steep slope gravel. The purpose of this work is to explore the path of transformation from traditional forest patrol mode to science and technology empowerment.
