Design of IP Mascot for 120 Anniversary of Dongguan Middle School

Dongguan Middle School was founded in 1902 (the 28th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty). After several generations of unremitting efforts to inherit and innovate, it has become a century-old school with profound historical and cultural accumulation, and has continuously created a large number of outstanding talents for the country and the society. In order to celebrate the 120 anniversary of the founding of Dongguan Middle School, it coincides with the year of Tiger Shaw in 1902 and 2022 this year. Therefore, the image basis of the design is double tiger-which also implies that the tiger in Dongguan will give birth to its power, keep its integrity and innovate for a hundred years. It also hopes that the students in Dongguan Middle School will not be afraid of difficulties and go forward bravely like tigers! The school gate with the most characteristics of Dongguan Middle School is extracted as the source of IP head modeling, the concrete and tough architectural language of the school gate is converted into lovely symbolic IP mascot language, and two mascot images are designed for the 120 anniversary of Dongguan Middle School: Dongdong and Dongguan!
