Composite tapping and picking integrated equipment

This product has designed an integrated equipment for rubber tapping and rubber picking. Through the design of mechanical arm, rubber tapping structure, rubber picking method and transportation structure, it replaces the traditional manual rubber tapping operation method to realize the purpose of harvesting more trees by one machine. The equipment is designed with four movable six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arms to harvest at the same time, and the rubber tapping operation is carried out in the rubber forest through the self-propelled mobile platform and visual recognition. The movement of the mechanical arm is realized by a retractable double-layer roller slide rail and a scissor hydraulic lifting platform. A rubber suction pump and a rubber suction tube are added to the mechanical arm, so that the product can collect rubber liquid in time after finishing the rubber tapping operation in the early morning. Correspondingly, a rubber liquid storage container is designed in the car body, with a capacity of 1.5t and a price of 1.5t rubber liquid of about 20250 yuan. The rubber liquid with a value of about 20000 yuan can be harvested once the equipment is operated. This product can complete the rubber tapping work at a lower cost, effectively reducing the production cost of domestic natural rubber.
